Osapiens, ERM Partner to Provide Joint Sustainability Data and Advisory Offering

Germany-based sustainability software company osapiens and sustainability consulting firm ERM announced the creation of a new strategic alliance to provide a joint offering to North American clients combining osapiens’ AI platform and ERM’s advisory and delivery capabilities.

According to osapiens, the new partnership forms part of the company’s strategy to increase its presence in North America. The announcement follows the acquisition in August by osapiens of Nasdaq’s sustainability reporting and carbon accounting software platform Nasdaq Metrio, which the company said would strengthen its footprint in the U.S. and brings new customers into its osapiens HUB platform, in addition to deepening its non-financial reporting and carbon accounting expertise.

According to the companies, the new partnership, announced at New York Climate Week, is being formed to provide a joint offering to their North American customers, pairing ERM’s sustainability advisory expertise and delivery capabilities osapiens’ AI platform for compliance and supplier intelligence, the osapiens HUB. The companies said that the partnership will enable enterprises to harness sustainability and supply chain data to enhance transparency, strengthen resilience and drive commercial value.
